Kai Analytics and Survey Research Incorporated
Unigrams, Qualitative Analysis for Educational Institutions

Kai analytics and Survey Research Inc. is a Vancouver-based market research firm helping higher education institutions understand their students, faculty, and other stakeholders through the analysis of survey feedback.

We designed Unigrams specifically with campus administrators in mind, to help quickly parse and understand the thousands of open-ended comments they collect from surveys each year.

Unigrams is a disambiguation for university and N-grams — a technical term in NLP representing all combinations of adjacent words or letters of length n that that can be found in a body of text.
